Moscot MOMZA

Soft-edged and sturdy, the Momza is a squared frame with an easy, approachable character. The generous, gently rounded lenses give it a relaxed shape that flatters a wide range of faces, while the slightly broad temples add a touch of presence. It’s handcrafted in Italian acetate, with a comfortable keyhole bridge and acetate nose pads for a secure, balanced fit. Three dot rivets sit on both the front and the temples, a distinctive detail that sets it apart from the rest of the collection, and a 5-barrel hinge keeps it durable. The pushcart emblem on the temple tip nods to MOSCOT’s Lower East Side beginnings. Designed and prototyped in New York by fifth-generation Zack Moscot, the Momza is a unisex frame made for everyday wear.

MOSCOT began in 1899, when Hyman Moscot sold spectacles from a pushcart on New York’s Lower East Side, and it is still family-run today, now in its fifth generation. Designed with an optician’s eye for comfort, proportion and fit, each frame pairs timeless shape with a confident downtown edge.
