Moscot MILTZEN
$550.00
A true round with plenty of personality, the Miltzen is the kind of frame that gives a face instant polish. The softly circular lenses sit in a slim, even rim, with a keyhole bridge that gives the front a distinctive, vintage-inspired profile. It’s handcrafted in Italian acetate, with patterns distinctive to each frame, so no two pairs are exactly alike. Acetate nose pads keep it sitting comfortably, and a 3-barrel hinge adds durability. Two adjoined dot rivets sit at each corner, a subtle twist on the brand’s usual detailing, and the pushcart emblem on the temple tip nods to MOSCOT’s Lower East Side beginnings. Designed and prototyped in New York by fifth-generation Zack Moscot, the Miltzen is a unisex frame with real staying power.
MOSCOT began in 1899, when Hyman Moscot sold spectacles from a pushcart on New York’s Lower East Side, and it is still family-run today, now in its fifth generation. Designed with an optician’s eye for comfort, proportion and fit, each frame pairs timeless shape with a confident downtown edge.
