Moscot DOLT
$550.00
Bold without being loud, the Dolt is a chunky, softly geometric frame with serious presence. The rounded-square lenses are set in thick block acetate, giving the front a sculpted, substantial feel. It’s handcrafted in Italian acetate, with a comfortable keyhole bridge for a secure fit and seven-barrel hinges built to last. Raised gold diamond rivets on both the front and the temples add a refined flash of metal, while the signature paddle temples are finished with a fine ribbed detail and the pushcart emblem on the tip, a nod to MOSCOT’s Lower East Side beginnings. Designed and prototyped in New York by fifth-generation Zack Moscot, the Dolt is a unisex frame for anyone who likes their eyewear with real weight and character.
MOSCOT began in 1899, when Hyman Moscot sold spectacles from a pushcart on New York’s Lower East Side, and it is still family-run today, now in its fifth generation. Designed with an optician’s eye for comfort, proportion and fit, each frame pairs timeless shape with a confident downtown edge.
