Practice protocol

We now enforce limits to the number of people allowed in the practice waiting room at any one time, so you may find the practice door is locked and you may be asked to wait outside until you can safely enter. You will be asked to use hand sanitiser upon arrival and may have your temperature taken. As well, only one adult is allowed in the consultation room during an examination. Depending on the procedure, the optometrist may be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) such as a face mask. There may be some delays between examinations while the consultation room and equipment is cleaned and disinfected.

All eyewear is cleaned and sanitised between patients using UV sterilisation. High usage areas are cleaned constantly.

Please call to confirm opening hours which are currently 9.00AM - 5.30PM M-F and 9.00AM -12.00PM Saturday. If you have an enquiry please feel free to phone or email us
